I wish I could sew…
My friends reminded me about conventions and cosplay. Ceci is coming to visit this year for Animethon and she is planning to cosplay. Since i have a friend who I’ll be with for those days dressing up… I really want to dress up too! She is going as a Nurse Joy, so I was looking through pokemon characters and she suggested a gym leader. By far my favorite gym leader design is Morty.
His design isn’t comples and is really do able even for me… The pants I could just buy and the shirt wouldn’t need much altering to work. Really the biggest thing for me would be two things… the scarf and wig. The scarf… I just can’t sew. I’m sure someone who does sew the scarf wouldn’t be hard and since the headband is the samg color as the scarf left over fabric from the scarf could be the headband. A wig… I don’t even know where to look for one and i’ve never even worn a wig before. XD;
Bah! I’m gonna have to figure this out cause if Ceci is dressing up I want to as well!
